About The Role Sberbank India is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to join our expanding team in our office in Delhi. BDM will strengthen our global footprint in the garments and textiles sector. This role involves identifying new export markets, forging alliances with buyers and manufacturers, and driving sourcing strategies aligned with fashion and textile industry demands. Responsibilities Drive B2B business development for apparel and textile exports Identify sourcing opportunities, on-board garment factories, and textile mills Build partnerships with international buyers, wholesalers, and fashion houses Monitor textile trends, raw material pricing, and seasonal demand cycles Oversee vendor audits, quality inspections, and production timelines Attend sourcing fairs, exhibitions, and buyer-seller meets Ensure adherence to social compliance, sustainability, and certification standards Requirements Degree in Textile Engineering, Apparel Merchandising, or related discipline 10+ years of experience in business development, textile sourcing, or apparel exports Strong understanding of fabric types, garment construction, and production workflows Proven relationships with apparel exporters, fashion brands, and sourcing agents Knowledge of global compliance standards (BSCI, SA8000, GOTS, etc.) We Offer Competitive salary and opportunities for professional development A quarterly bonus, which is paid every quarter for the work done Collaborative working environment in a state-of-the-art Delhi office Professional and theme communities, support for employee initiatives Financial support for the relocation Courses in Corporate University Opportunity to come to HQ and complete an internship at Sber Show more Show less
