Senior Business Development Executive

Designation: Sr. Executive – Business Development

Primary Responsibilities:

To generate client leads and meet them & pitch the products &services.

• To generate leads and plan the sales meeting with the prospects for the assigned location.
• Ensure the revenue targets are achieved on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Ensure satisfactory resolution of client queries and concerns promptly.
• To address the leads assigned within the given prescribed timelines.
• To conduct cold calls in the assigned area for building a prospective client database.
• To schedule and coordinate with the installation team and ensure the installation of the products sold.
• To ensure the revenue is collected as per the stipulated timelines for the products sold on credit.
• Identify the critical/burning issues of all the regions affecting sales & take remedial action/ escalate wherever needed.
• Continuously identify gaps & take corrective action on a regular basis.

Key Performance Indicators:

1. Yearly, Quarterly, and Monthly sales planning in advance
2. 100% target achievement
3. xx% of amount to be collected against the monthly sales booking
4. xx no. of leads to be generated from clients.
5. Installation of the product to be done within xx days of sales booking/receipt of advance payment.
6. Ensure presence and sales within xx km radius of the existing market/ client base.
