Technical Support Engineer - Cloud Chennai 3 - 4 years INR 4.0 - 6.0 Lacs P.A. Work from Office Full Time

Role & responsibilities Documentation/reporting(both internal & external) is a key to this role Must be instrumental during new customer on-boarding (applications, product/ tools implementation/ integration aspects) Will be working on various public/private cloud services for IaaS &PaaS or SaaS Will need to troubleshoot cloud related issues& arrive at root cause based on SLA Will be focused on implementation & maintenance of cloud & its related services (few eg. Could be computes,storage,manageddatabases,backups&recoveryforapplications,DRprovisioning,WAF, firewalls, etc) Also need to work on Kubernetes(& its like)services from different cloud providers Conducting presentations/review meetings with internal or external stakeholders Develop second level team members-Creating/ improvising SOP documents where ever needed. Need to attain certifications as they progress. Preferred candidate profile • 3-4yrs exp in cloud infra implementation & maintenance including at least 6-12mo in architecting cloud workloads. • Technologies decent level knowledge in networking in general good knowledge in various cloud services & architecting the same good knowledge in implementing cloud WAF, cloud firewalls apart from the Kubernetes services &IaaS aspects preferred knowledge in Red hat open shift Virtualization on cloud. Must be capable of understanding the applications &implement cloud accordingly • Soft skills Fire to learn & grow Proactiveness &creating realistic action plans & its executionLogical reasoning, analytical skills, correlation skills, good communication having good vigil capabilities.
