Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver effective presentations and proposals on products/services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to build brand presence and generate leads.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors.
  • CRM tool knowledge - Odoo

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role (typically 13+ years).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
