Job Description

We’re Hiring a Senior Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new business leads and opportunities through platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and PPH.
Write compelling proposals tailored to client requirements for PHP Frameworks, PHP-based CMS, JS Frameworks, UI/UX, and other Web/Mobile Projects.
Update and maintain profiles on bidding platforms to improve visibility and credibility.
Understand client requirements, conduct project scoping, and assist in technical discussions.
Coordinate with the technical team to provide accurate estimations and ensure successful project delivery.
Research and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Maintain communication with potential and existing clients to ensure strong relationships and repeat business.
Utilize social media and LinkedIn to connect with decision-makers and explore potential business leads.

Required Skills:

Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) in English.
Experience with Upwork research, proposal writing, and client communication.
Familiarity with PHP, JS, UI/UX, and associated web technologies and terminologies.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle.
