What You’ll Do

  • Own and manage the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, pitching, proposals, negotiations, and closing.
  • Research and connect with startups, founders, and businesses needing design/product support.
  • Conduct discovery calls and clearly articulate our services in a business-friendly way.
  • Prepare tailored proposals and presentations to convert leads into projects.
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM (Zoho Bigin).
  • Suggest and implement at least 2 new sales strategies every quarter.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership to align sales efforts with business goals.

What We’re Looking For

  • Based in

    Hyderabad

    (mandatory).
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales/business development (preferably B2B, IT, or design/tech services).
  • Intelligent, curious, and quick to understand new domains.
  • Excellent English communication (written + spoken).
  • Strong negotiation and client-handling skills.
  • Self-driven, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience selling design/IT services.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Zoho/HubSpot.
  • Basic understanding of UI/UX or product design.
