Role Overview We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will help strengthen SixJuly’s brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and support our sales and growth objectives through well-planned marketing initiatives. You will work closely with the leadership team to plan, execute, and analyze campaigns across multiple channels including LinkedIn, email, and partnerships . About Us We are a design-first company that partners with startups and businesses to deliver impactful UI/UX, branding, and product design services. Our focus is on strategy, quality, and outcomes. We’re now looking for a smart, resourceful, and self-driven individual based in Hyderabad to take charge of our sales processes and act as the face of our company in new client conversations. What You’ll Do Own and manage the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, pitching, proposals, negotiations, and closing. Research and connect with startups, founders, and businesses needing design/product support. Conduct discovery calls and clearly articulate our services in a business-friendly way. Prepare tailored proposals and presentations to convert leads into projects. Maintain accurate records in our CRM (Zoho Bigin). Suggest and implement at least 2 new sales strategies every quarter. Collaborate closely with leadership to align sales efforts with business goals. What We’re Looking For Based in Hyderabad (mandatory). 3–5 years of experience in sales/business development (preferably B2B, IT, or design/tech services). Intelligent, curious, and quick to understand new domains. Excellent English communication (written + spoken). Strong negotiation and client-handling skills. Self-driven, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision. Nice to Have Prior experience selling design/IT services. Familiarity with CRM tools like Zoho/HubSpot. Basic understanding of UI/UX or product design. Location: Hyderabad (on-site with some flexibility) Compensation: Competitive salary + performance-based incentives
