Job Description 1. Achieving the monthly/quarterly/yearly sales and collection target 2. Onboarding new Channel partners/ brokers and getting regular business from them 3. Coaching & mentoring the sales team, reviewing their performance closely and correcting their behavior if needed 4. Hire and mentor new sales executives 5. Working in conjunction with marketing to plan out the best strategy and exploring various platforms to increase the visibility of 'Brand Shubhashray' 6. Working with CRM team to ensure smooth collection and customer satisfaction Key Skills Needed Key Skills needed: 1. Negotiation and closing. 2. Team leading 3. Analytical mindset CTC 1. Up to Rs. 4.8 lacs per year (based on the calibre of the candidate) 2. Incentives over and above CTC 3. Corporate health insurance
