As a Business Development Professional, you will maintain a high profile in the professional and business communities. Your key responsibilities will include: - Skilled in cold calling, consultative selling, and partnering with others to drive business growth. - Preparing analysis reports for clients and working on Email campaigns to enhance customer engagement. - Coordinating efforts to improve the customer experience at the point of sale. - Managing product sales growth and individual sales effectiveness by reviewing sales activity schedules. - Maintaining strong relationships with key contacts in existing clients and developing new clients. - Liaising between the technical team and clients, as well as senior management and stakeholders. - Managing a team and motivating team members to achieve sales targets effectively. - Negotiating contracts and establishing long-term partnerships with clients. - Working on campaign management, lead nurturing, and developing incentive and marketing programs for customers. - Overseeing high-volume pipeline management and providing suitable product selection advice to clients based on their needs and specifications. - Keeping records of calls and sales, noting useful information to enhance future interactions. - Demonstrating the ability to work flexibly and efficiently to meet business objectives. Additionally, you will need to showcase your expertise in Cold Calling and Consultative Selling, making calls according to the schedule, and effectively reviewing sales activities to manage sales growth. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills to drive business development initiatives successfully.
