Qualification Required: - Minimum 8 years of proven experience in Business Development, preferably with exposure to Staffing business. - Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing frequent travel. - High aptitude, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
