Job Description:

• Drive sales and achieve enrollment targets for clinical research and healthcare programs.
• Manage end-to-end student counselling and conversions.
• Handle inquiries through calls, emails, and walk-ins, ensuring high-quality communication.
• Guide and mentor junior BDEs to achieve team goals.
• Maintain reports of daily activities and sales performance.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for lead generation and campaign strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in program selling within the EdTech sector.
• Strong communication and convincing skills in Tamil and English.
• Target-driven and self-motivated.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
