Job Description – IT Sales Executive (Telecalling / Inside Sales) Position : Sales Executive – Calling (Inside Sales) Department : Sales & Business Development Reports To : Sales Manager / Business Development Manager Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote the company’s services & products. Generate leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and handling inbound inquiries. Clearly explain the company’s IT/ERP/Software/Automation solutions (based on Oasis offerings). Identify customer needs, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments/demos for the field sales team. Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate customer and lead information. Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets . Coordinate with the sales & marketing team to execute campaigns and follow-up strategies. Build and maintain a strong relationship with customers to encourage repeat business. Prepare and share daily/weekly reports on calls, leads, and conversions with the manager. Requirements Graduate in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, BE, MBA preferred but not mandatory). 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or lead generation (freshers with good communication can also apply). Strong communication and persuasion skills in English, Hindi, and regional languages. Comfortable with cold calling, handling objections, and pitching services .
