Senior Business Development Associate

We are looking for an enthusiastic Business development associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our services, and ensuring excellent customer engagement. Responsibilities Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to individuals or businesses to promote services. Engage with prospects in a friendly, persuasive, and professional manner. Present detailed information about products or services to potential customers. Highlight key features and benefits to spark interest and generate leads. Ensure customer inquiries are addressed with appropriate information and solutions. Customer Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback. Follow up on leads and potential opportunities for service engagement. Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed outbound call targets and customer engagement goals. Achieve individual performance metrics related to lead conversion and customer satisfaction. Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with team members and management to achieve team goals. Report on daily activities, progress, and challenges as required. Skills & Qualifications: Strong verbal communication skills. Persuasive and confident attitude. Ability to handle customer inquiries and objections professionally. Previous experience in voice process or customer service is a plus. Basic knowledge of computer applications.
