Senior Business Central Functional consultant

We are looking for an experienced MS D365 Business Central functional consultant with deep expertise in implementing and supporting Business Central solutions across multiple industries. The ideal candidate should have a strong functional understanding of finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and related business processes, along with excellent client engagement and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.
• Conduct business process analysis and identify opportunities for process improvement through system automation.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and collaborate with the technical team for customizations and integrations.
• Configure modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, Inventory, Sales, Purchase, Manufacturing, and Service Management as per project needs.
• Conduct workshops, user training sessions, and UATs for client stakeholders.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Business Central and guide junior consultants.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client communication effectively.
• Stay updated on the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 releases and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, Business, or Information Systems (MBA preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central implementation and support.
• Proven track record of managing full-cycle BC implementation projects independently.
• Strong knowledge of core modules like Financial Management, Supply Chain, Inventory, and Manufacturing.
• Experience in data migration, integration, and Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Automate) is an added advantage.
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate certification preferred.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and client interaction skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-location team.
