Roles and Responsibilities 1. Understanding of the internal data flow in LS Retail. 2. Preparation of technical design document. 3. Knowledge in designing tables and writing stored procedures / triggers in Data base, preferably SQL server 4. Knowledge of web server deployments and configurations 5. Customization through coding in CAL. 6. Testing. 7. Integration with third party applications Desired Candidate Profile • 3-5 years experience in Microsoft Dynamics ERP Navision, Language C/AL (Must Have, LS Retail experience) • A Degree Information Technology is preferred, though any degree is acceptable • Strong analytical skills with an ability to diagnose problems quickly and recommend solutions • Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure • Committed to hard work, continual learning. Analyze and document business requirements across departments such as Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and Marketing. Configure NAV 2016 and LS Retail systems based on functional requirements. Support users by troubleshooting issues and providing second-level support for system queries or errors. Coordinate with the technical/development team to implement system enhancements or resolve technical issues. Collaborate on the testing and rollout of new features, patches, or module upgrades. Conduct user training sessions and create functional documentation and user manuals. Work with third-party vendors for integrated applications linked to LS NAV (e.g., loyalty programs, mobile ordering, payment systems). Support periodic system audits, performance reviews, and master data validation activities. Continuously stay updated on NAV 2016 and LS Retail capabilities to recommend improvements and best practices. Continuously assess system usage and propose optimization or automation opportunities. Monitor LS Retail performance across store-level operations and identify areas for improvement. Participate in new store rollouts or expansion projects by configuring LS Retail POS and back-office setups. Help design functional test cases and ensure UAT (User Acceptance Testing) is carried out thoroughly before deployment. Provide post-implementation support and track issue resolution metrics to improve service quality. Preferred candidate profile Strong understanding of MS NAV and LS Retail Experience of working with LS Retail and NAV modules of purchasing, sales, finance, inventory, and BOM. Understanding of Microsoft SQL Server is a plus Functional experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2016, particularly in Retail environments. Hands-on experience in end-user support, testing, and training delivery.

Job Purpose: Work closely with Manager LS Retail to capture requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and create functional specifications for LS Retail configuration and enhancements. Expertise in Microsoft NAV and LS Retail, Mobile app, Loyalty, Web application and Integrations, Data to Manage the project deliveries. Contribute to ongoing Modification / Functionality of MS Dynamics NAV and LS Retail and other retail systems. Responsible to Handle LS Retail activities of Hyderabad Duty Free, Kannur Duty Free, Goa Duty Free, Nagpur Duty Free, Bhogapuram Duty Free and other duty free businesses in Absence of Manager LS - Retail Role & responsibilities: Understand needs, Helps perform gap analysis between package functionality and customer requirements. Rollout of New Functionality and Reports in Microsoft Dynamics NAV and LS retail Participates in creating project specific documentation. Responds promptly and professionally to user requests or inquiries seeking guidance from Project or Practice Management as appropriate. Prepare end user training documents, conduct-training programs as required and on floor training for floor team. Testing new development or customizations as per business requirement. Testing code for validation, accuracy. Hardware integration and configuration with Navision and LS retail Knowledge in E-commerce with LS Retails application integration Good knowledge in Data and process flow of LS-Retail between Omni Channels and reconciliations. Knowledge in Promotions Module Maintain all required documentation of the project, right from Business requirement documents, Functional requirement documents and Technical design documents, Document version control, Document Release Control, UAT Project Sign off, Product Catalogue, Sprints etc. Manage multiple deliveries, Multiple applications partners and ensure the timelines of deliveries should be met with Various Hardware integration and configuration with LS Retail and Mobile applications. New POS configuration and new technology integration as per Business requirements to improve the processes. Good knowledge in web integration APIs find the best way of integrating multiple applications with LS POS and NAV. In store Management, Loyalty, Replenishment, POS design, Retail Intercompany Transfers and Duty Free module. Preferred candidate profile: Bachelors Degree in Information systems or relevant Degree Infrastructure management. 5 to 8 years of IT experience and at least 3 years of relevant experience.
