Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of SCM solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
  • Understand client supply chain processes and provide strategic and functional consulting to optimize business outcomes.
  • Drive workshops and solutioning sessions focused on procurement, inventory, warehouse management, demand forecasting, planning, and production control.
  • Map client requirements to standard D365 SCM functionalities and identify gaps.
  • Manage the functional configuration, testing, training, and deployment of SCM modules.
  • Ensure seamless integration with other modules such as Finance, Sales, and Projects.
  • Provide expert-level support in data migration, system integration, and business process testing.
  • Lead a team of functional consultants, assign tasks, review deliverables, and ensure quality outputs.
  • Collaborate with technical and project management teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare documentation including functional design specs, process flows, test cases, and training material.
  • Stay updated with new features and enhancements in the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 7+ years of ERP consulting experience, with 4+ years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (SCM).
  • Successfully completed 25 full life cycle implementations of D365 F&O with focus on Supply Chain.
  • In-depth knowledge of D365 SCM modules: Inventory Management, Procurement & Sourcing, Sales and Marketing, Product Information Management, Master Planning, and Warehouse Management.
  • Strong solutioning and analytical skills to assess client needs and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Good understanding of how supply chain transactions flow and integrate across the system.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and mentor junior consultants.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate.
  • Exposure to advanced warehouse management and manufacturing modules.
  • Familiarity with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate).
  • Experience working with global clients or multi-site, multi-entity environments.
