Hiring Project Manager - MS Dynamics 365 F&O

We are looking to hire Project Managers with strong experience in managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) projects, specifically focusing on the Finance and Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules. The ideal candidate must have 10+ years of overall experience with hands-on end-to-end D365 F&O project implementation. The Candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering ERP projects on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O projects (Finance & SCM).
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Lead cross-functional teams comprising functional, technical, and integration consultants.
• Engage with clients, gather requirements, and ensure the solution alignment with business needs.
• Track and monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure high-quality project delivery adhering to timeline, scope, and budget.
• Conduct regular project reviews and status meetings with stakeholders and clients.
• Ensure proper documentation, change control, and post-go-live support plans.
• Work closely with internal teams to manage deliverables and escalate issues when required.
• Support pre-sales teams with effort estimations, project plans, and resource planning.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience with at least 3 years in a D365 F&O Project Manager role.
• Proven experience in managing full-cycle D365 F&O implementations, especially in Finance and SCM modules.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deliverables concurrently.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong risk management, budgeting, and resource planning capabilities.
• PMP/Prince2 or other recognized project management certification is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Microsoft tools (DevOps, Teams, Office 365, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with Microsoft Partners or in consulting environments.
• Exposure to integrations with Power Platform and Azure services.
• Prior experience with international or multi-country implementations.
