Job Description

Role Overview:

Senior Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Manage
product delivery lifecycle
from requirement gathering to implementation in agile squads.
Create and maintain
product backlog
with epics, features, and user stories.
Conduct
requirement analysis, usability workshops,
and
customer testing sessions
.
Collaborate with solution architects, developers, and test teams to ensure high-quality product releases.
Work on
corporate banking channels
setup, onboarding, migration, and user management.
Handle
electronic payments processing
(domestic/international) and file/message formats (SWIFT MT, ISO 20022, clearing formats).
Manage
stakeholder engagement
, including prioritization sessions and alignment workshops.
Ensure compliance with
PCI-DSS and central bank regulations
in relevant regions.
Provide
technical support
for incidents, problem tickets, and customer queries.

Skills & Expertise Required:

Strong domain expertise in
Transaction Banking, Cash Management, and Payments
.
Hands-on experience with
payment initiation channels
, payment processing hubs, and gateways.
Good knowledge of
corporate onboarding, API payloads
, and
virtual account setups
.
Experience with
SWIFT messages (MT, MX)
and local clearing formats (NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, ACH, SARIE, SADAD, etc.).
Ability to manage
product backlog
, refinement, sprint planning, and release planning.
Strong
stakeholder management
and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Excellent communication and documentation capabilities.
