About the Role:

Senior Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead

  requirement-gathering sessions

  , stakeholder interviews, and workshops to identify business needs.
• Translate business objectives into

  detailed functional and non-functional requirements

  , user stories, and process flows.
• Conduct

  business process analysis

  , identify gaps, and propose process improvements or automation opportunities.
• Partner with technical teams to

  design and validate solutions

  that meet business and technical needs.
• Support the

  project lifecycle

  from initial concept and feasibility through development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation review.
• Act as a

  liaison

  between business users, development teams, QA, and project managers.
• Lead

  User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

  efforts, including test case creation and coordination with end users.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in

  domain-specific projects

  such as

  banking, insurance, healthcare, e-commerce, or fintech

  .
• Understanding of

  data analysis tools

  (SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Excel).
• Knowledge of

  API integrations, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)

  CRM tools (Salesforce, Dynamics)

  .
• Certifications such as

  CBAP, PMI-PBA, CCBA

  Agile BA certification

  .
• Exposure to

  digital transformation
