Job Description

You have a minimum of 8 years of Business Analyst experience, including requirement elicitation, gap analysis, and requirement prioritization. You are well-versed in Agile ways of working and have a background in Telecom. Your responsibilities will include gathering critical information from stakeholders, producing useful reports, and effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management. You are familiar with tools like JIRA and Confluence and possess effective stakeholder management and collaboration skills. You have proven presentation and communication abilities and can translate ambiguous business ideas into clear technical requirements. Additionally, you have the ability to influence stakeholders, work closely with them to find acceptable solutions, and demonstrate innovation and problem-solving skills to suggest improvements and changes. Experience in process modeling, preferably in Signavio, is a plus.,
