Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Analyst located in Chennai. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business needs, developing business processes, gathering business requirements, and communicating findings with stakeholders. The role includes the preparation of detailed reports and presenting solutions to improve business efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring clarity and understanding.
• Should be flexible to visits client's place, attend meetings , gather and document requirements etc.
• Technical Proposal writing ability would be a added advantage.
• You will be responsible for identifying inefficiencies in workflows or systems and proposing solutions to optimize business processes.
• You will be responsible for creating detailed documentation of requirements, workflows, and outcomes.
• Generate reports to communicate findings effectively.
• You will have to act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring smooth communication and understanding of project objectives.
• You will be responsible for translating business needs into functional specifications or user stories, and guiding the development of software or system solutions.
• You will be responsible for collaborating with QA teams to validate developed solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements.
• You will be responsible for monitoring implemented solutions, gathering feedback and recommending further enhancements to align with evolving business needs.

Skills and Requirements:

• 5 to 8 years of experience in the field of business analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders, convey technical information clearly and create comprehensive documentation.
• Understanding of business processes, workflows, and industry-specific knowledge to align solutions with organizational goals and strategies.
• Capability to identify issues, evaluate alternatives and propose innovative solutions to address business challenges.
• Familiarity with business analysis tools, data analysis software, and an understanding of software development methodologies.
• Expertise in gathering and documenting detailed business requirements, creating functional specifications, and user stories.
• Skill in managing relationships and expectations among diverse stakeholders, including clients, users, developers, and management.
• Ability to adapt to changing project scopes, priorities, and timelines while remaining focused on delivering quality outcomes.
