About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Business Analyst to join our dynamic team at Kadel Labs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and ensuring alignment between business goals and project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, connect, and engage with prospective clients to explore new business opportunities.

Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consultative engagement.

Understand client requirements, document business needs, and translate them into actionable solutions.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.

Prepare and present business proposals and pitches to prospective clients.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).

5+ years of experience in business analysis, client engagement, or related roles.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Proven track record of generating and closing business opportunities.

Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
