About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to drive Industry 4.0 and Digital Factory initiatives. The ideal candidate must come from a Mechanical or Electronics Engineering background with strong expertise in Business Analysis and Project Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Write test cases for Industry 4.0 and Digital Factory solutions
• Prepare technical documents, requirement understanding documents, and wireframes
• Perform solution mapping & value proposition analysis for client projects
• Contribute to technical architecture design and proposal development
• Conduct feasibility & viability analysis for solutions and implementations
• Participate in solution design and implementation discussions
• Manage client communication and requirements gathering
• Conduct client onsite visits (India & International)
• Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams

Requirements

• 8–10 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis / Technical Project Management
• BE/B.Tech in Mechanical or Electronics Engineering (Mandatory)
• Strong understanding of Industry 4.0, Digital Factory, and manufacturing processes
• Proven expertise in:
• Preparing technical & functional documentation
• Creating wireframes and requirement understanding documents
• Solution mapping and value proposition building
• Technical architecture & proposal development
• Conducting feasibility & viability analysis
• Excellent communication, analytical, and solution design skills
• Flexibility to travel for client projects (domestic & international)
