Senior Business Analyst – Financial Services

Responsibilities Attend workshops and planning sessions with analytical teams Collaborate with UX teams to create product feature mock-ups Work with data engineering and information architects to document data requirements Participate in release planning and end-to-end requirement articulation Provide ongoing support during development and testing phases Mitigate risks related to project scope Support user needs for data transformation and problem-solving Explain scope clearly to assist in the estimation process Articulate acceptance criteria for project deliverables Showcase business value of features during sprint reviews Identify opportunities to enhance product experience with business owners and product leads Requirements 5-8 years of relevant product experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner Agile product mindset with a passion for product vision and ownership Experience working in SAFe Agile Scrum teams as a Business Analyst or Project Manager Ability to prioritize tasks and make critical decisions Understanding of technologies like databases, big data, reporting, and UI frameworks such as Angular and React Knowledge of Java Strong ability to document software requirements clearly Critical thinking and analytical reasoning skills Effective communication skills with the ability to build consensus Nice to have Background in data analytics, including Big Data, Databricks, and Data Lake Knowledge of data visualization techniques Familiarity with DevOps culture Prior experience in the financial services industry Show more Show less
