Job Description

Responsibilities

Define and document technical requirements, workflows, APIs, data models, and system integrations.
Conduct gap analysis and propose scalable solutions.
Manage ADO work items, backlogs, Epics, Features, and User Stories with clear acceptance criteria.
Support Agile delivery through sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
Collaborate across teams for requirement alignment, testing, deployment, and issue resolution.
Maintain technical documentation, process flows, and architecture diagrams.
Drive process improvements, automation, and efficiency enhancements.

Qualifications

Must-Have:

5+ years in Technical BA roles in software development.
Strong ADO skills for managing requirements and Agile delivery.
Experience with APIs, system architecture, SQL, and data validation.
Proven Agile/Scrum expertise and cross-functional team collaboration.

Nice-to-Have:

CI/CD, cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP), or microservices experience.
Knowledge of JIRA/Confluence and industries like finance, healthcare, SaaS.
Exposure to process automation, AI, or ML projects.
