Business Analyst

What You’ll Do

Lead discovery sessions with clients to define business goals and workflows
Write detailed user stories, BRDs/FRDs, and solution specs
Drive sprint planning, backlog management, and UAT testing
Map and document
API integrations
and
data flows
between eCommerce platforms and ERPs
Collaborate with PMs to track progress in
ClickUp
or
Jira

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of experience as a
Business Analyst
in eCommerce, Retail Tech, or SaaS
Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
Experience with
BigCommerce, Shopify, Magento, or headless commerce
setups
Familiarity with
APIs, ERPs, and integration workflows
Experience in
Agile environments
using tools like ClickUp/Jira
