Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements for IT projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Analyze existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and opportunities to leverage IT solutions.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications such as user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Serve as a liaison between business teams and technical teams, ensuring shared understanding of project goals.
• Prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with product owners and development teams.
• Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts to validate IT solutions meet business needs.
• Support change management initiatives by assessing the impact of changes and coordinating communication and training.
• Analyze data to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that support data-driven decision-making.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement.
• Utilize tools like Power

  BI

  to create interactive dashboards and reports for business insights.
• Write and optimize

  SQL queries

  for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, MIS, or a related field.
• Minimum of

  4+ years

  of experience in

  Business Analysis

  or

  Product Management

  .
• Strong experience working in

  Agile environments

  and familiarity with Agile frameworks such as

  SAFe

  or

  Scrum

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  Power BI

  for dashboarding and data visualization.
• Proficiency in

  SQL

  for data analysis and report generation.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
