We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. This role is responsible for working closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, analyze processes for improvements, and collaborate with technical teams to deliver effective IT solutions. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements for IT projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Analyze existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and opportunities to leverage IT solutions. Translate business requirements into functional specifications such as user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria. Serve as a liaison between business teams and technical teams, ensuring shared understanding of project goals. Prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with product owners and development teams. Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts to validate IT solutions meet business needs. Support change management initiatives by assessing the impact of changes and coordinating communication and training. Analyze data to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that support data-driven decision-making. Identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement. Utilize tools like Power BI to create interactive dashboards and reports for business insights. Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, MIS, or a related field. Minimum of 4+ years of experience in Business Analysis or Product Management . Strong experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with Agile frameworks such as SAFe or Scrum . Hands-on experience with Power BI for dashboarding and data visualization. Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and report generation. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. 📍 Location: Hyderabad Onsite 🕒 Employment Type: Full-time
