Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy & Development

• Develop and implement brand marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
• Manage the brand identity, ensuring consistency across all customer touchpoints.
• Lead market and competitive research to identify opportunities and refine positioning.

Campaign Management

• Plan and execute 360-degree marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, Digital).
• Collaborate with creative and media agencies to deliver impactful brand communications.
• Monitor campaign performance and derive insights for continuous improvement.

Digital & Social Media

• Drive brand visibility and engagement across digital platforms.
• Work closely with the digital marketing team to ensure brand messaging is consistent and optimized for each channel.

Retail & In-Store Marketing

• Coordinate with retail teams to implement brand strategies at the store level.
• Drive seasonal campaigns, promotions, and store-specific activations.

Influencer & Celebrity Partnerships

• Manage brand ambassadors, influencers, and celebrity collaborations.
• Develop strategies for influencer-led campaigns to increase brand relevance.

Event & Sponsorship Management

• Lead branding at corporate events, sponsorships, and exhibitions.
• Ensure brand representation is impactful and aligned with the global brand image.
