We are building an online university and solving the deep problem of employability of graduates, We have a strong core team consisting of alumni from IIT's and IIMs, having several years of industry experience in companies like Unacademy, Inmobi among others On this mission, we are backed by some of the most respected investors around the world, Nexus Venture Partners, RTP Global, Steadview Capital and a slew of angel investors including CREDs Kunal Shah, Flipkarts Kalyan Krishnamoorthy, Unacademy founders, Udaans Sujeet Kumar among others, Socials: https: / / linkedin , / school / newtonschool / | newtonschool co Role We are looking for an experienced Brand person to help us build our brand and raise brand awareness Youll work across all levels and departments of our organisation to find what makes us unique and communicate it to the world, If youre creative, possess a strategic mind and have experience in implementing targeted brand campaigns, wed like to meet you, Ultimately, youll help us improve our companys reputation and drive growth, Responsibilities Analyse brand positioning and consumer insights and shape and communicate our vision and mission Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitorsactivities Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions Requirements Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives 4+ years of experience in working into Branding and Marketing Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns and understanding of the full marketing mix
