HUL Foods' business is placing a big bet on Knorr to drive double-digit growth for the future. We are in the midst of portfolio transformation and are going beyond soups in a big way. We have entered the future-fit and growing categories of International Sauces & Korean Noodles, and we plan to scale this up in the coming years. Our vision is to transform from a primarily soup play to scratch cooking by building an international cuisine space in India. We have started investing in portfolio transformation and expanding into high-margin and high-growth spaces. We are also aggressively driving a premiumization agenda to cater to the growing affluence of India Alpha and will be entering new segments like RTEs and seasonings.

Role Description

  • Lead all social-first demand generation efforts, with a strong focus on building and scaling community engagement models
  • Collaborate closely with creative, media, and influencer agencies to unlock innovative ideas and platforms to fuel brand growth
  • Build and execute a performance-focused content strategy that drives measurable impact across all consumer touchpoints
  • Driving cross-functional teams for network delivery, including but not limited to price changes, new SKU launches, product improvements, etc. (Cross-functional = SC, Finance, R&D, and Sales)
  • Analyse internal and external data to identify issues/opportunities and actions upon them
  • Operational excellence to ensure Knorr product availability across channels by analysing supply gaps and finding timely solutions
  • Manage end-to-end asset creation (TV, Print, POSM & Digital) & project management processes

Key Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in D2C end-to-end marketing /media/creative agency/influencer agency
  • Prior experience with social-first DG, content, or influencer marketing
  • Experience in working in a cross-functional team to deliver projects, with excellence in network management.
  • Strong Project Management skills, a bias for action and ownership
  • Core aspects underpinning all skills: Rigor, Analytical Thinking, Creativity, Empathy, Obsession with brands & consumers.
  • This role will involve up to 20% of travel depending on business requirements.
