Role Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Brand Designer who can blend design precision with strategic storytelling — someone who can turn complex financial insights into powerful visual experiences.

You’ll work across Neo’s most visible brand and business initiatives — from long-form content and product design to event branding and AV content — ensuring a consistent, premium identity across every touchpoint.


This role demands both creative instinct and process discipline: a designer who can think, execute, and elevate.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead design for

    business and product collaterals

    — presentations, whitepapers, client notes, and investor decks.
  • Design layouts, infographics, and visual narratives for long-form and multimedia content.
  • Create high-quality digital assets for

    AVs, podcasts, and event promotions

    .
  • Support

    UI/UX and mobile-first design

    for microsites, internal tools, and digital experiences.
  • Leverage

    AI-based design tools

    (Mid journey, Runway, Adobe Firefly, Figma AI, etc.) for faster, smarter creative workflows.
  • Stay ahead of

    global design trends

    , ensuring Neo’s brand remains contemporary and distinct.
  • Collaborate closely with content, strategy, and digital teams to ensure design consistency and brand integrity.
  • Oversee print sampling and production quality checks for premium outputs.


Required Skills & Experience

  • 4–8 years of design experience, ideally with exposure to

    luxury, premium, or financial brands

    .
  • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and Figma.
  • Highly comfortable with using AI design platforms – image-gen, video-gen, and as well other platforms for presentations, graphic layouts, landing pages etc.
  • Solid understanding of

    typography, grid systems, and brand storytelling

    .
  • Comfortable designing for both print and digital platforms.
  • Strong sense of aesthetics suited for

    high-net-worth and institutional audiences

    .
  • Ability to juggle multiple deliverables with precision and speed.
