Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Senior Business Development Executive (BDE) at Vrinsoft Technology Pvt. Ltd. The Senior BDE will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, managing the sales process, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks will include market research, lead generation, client meetings, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. The role requires working closely with the technical and project management teams to ensure client requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in market research, lead generation, and sales
• Strong client relationship management and communication skills
• Experience in preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals
• Knowledge of the IT industry, mobile app development, and digital transformation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in international markets is a plus
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite
