Role Description

This is a full-time Senior Barista role located on-site in Panjim, Goa, India. The Senior Barista will oversee daily coffee preparation, ensure high-quality standards in beverages, supervise food preparation, and maintain a welcoming environment for customers. Responsibilities include assisting in training junior staff, managing inventory, and delivering outstanding customer service in alignment with Artjuna's values and atmosphere.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Barista skills and knowledge of preparing high-quality coffee and beverages
Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to foster positive customer relationships and a collaborative team environment
Excellent Customer Service to ensure guest satisfaction, handle feedback, and create memorable experiences
Experience in Food Preparation and maintaining quality control and hygiene standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate strong organizational skills
Previous experience in a barista or supervisory role at a café or restaurant is a plus
Familiarity with Mediterranean cuisine and healthy food options is an advantage
