Established in 2004, our motto is "Start your day with a smile". Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Waiter located in Goa, India. The Waiter will be responsible for taking food and drink orders, serving customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and maintaining cleanliness of the dining area. Daily tasks include setting up tables, delivering food and beverages to customers, providing excellent customer service, and handling customer inquiries and complaints efficiently. Qualifications Customer Service and Communication skills Food & Beverage and Food Service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and a team player Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus High school diploma or equivalent
