AU Financiers (India) Limited is looking for Senior Bank Officer Business Account to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business banking center goals, including customer acquisition, revenue targets, and profitability.
Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of business banking relationship managers, customer service representatives, and support staff to deliver exceptional service and achieve performance objectives.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored banking solutions and advice.
Sales and Business Development: Drive business growth by identifying opportunities to expand the customer base, cross-sell banking products and services, and deepen relationships with existing clients.
Credit Analysis and Risk Management: Oversee the credit approval process for business loans, lines of credit, and other financial products, ensuring adherence to risk management policies and regulatory requirements.
Operational Excellence: Ensure efficient and compliant operations within the business banking center, including transaction processing, cash management, and regulatory compliance.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as deposit growth, loan portfolio quality, customer satisfaction, and revenue generation, taking corrective actions as needed to meet targets.
