Job Description

We're on the hunt for Senior Backend Engineers.
  • Design and build complex systems that can scale rapidly with little maintenance.
  • Design and implement effective service/product interfaces.
  • Provide technical support for applications within the technology portfolio.
  • Respond to and troubleshoot complex problems quickly, efficiently, and effectively.
  • Handle multiple competing priorities in an agile, fast-paced environment.
  • Create and maintain documentation for your projects.
  • Participate in troubleshooting and triaging of issues with different teams to drive toward root cause identification and resolution.
  • Take responsibility for monitoring product development and usage at all levels with an eye toward improving product quality.

Required Experience/Skills

  • Relevant work experience of 4+ years in a backend developer role.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, with expertise in Django / Django REST Framework.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, authentication, authorization, and middleware.
  • Database skills: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB (ORMs, migrations, query optimization).
  • Understanding of scalable backend architectures, caching, and security best practices.
