We’re looking for a backend developer who can think beyond code — someone who can help shape the backbone of a future-ready digital ecosystem.

Your Role

You’ll architect and build robust backend systems powering next-gen automation and workflow platforms. You’ll work on real-time APIs, secure authentication, modular databases, and performance-critical server logic that connects multiple modules and applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop backend services using Node.js / Python (Django / FastAPI).
• Design and manage relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
• Create clean, scalable APIs and handle secure authentication flows.
• Build and maintain modular monolith or microservice architecture.
• Optimize data queries, performance, and response times.
• Integrate with IoT and third-party data streams.
• Collaborate with the frontend and AI teams for data contracts.
• Maintain version control, CI/CD pipelines, and testing workflows.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of backend development experience.
• Proficiency in Node.js / Express or Python / FastAPI.
• Strong database design and query optimization skills.
• Experience with Docker, Git, and REST / GraphQL APIs.
• Understanding of RBAC, authentication, and data security.
• Hands-on experience with cloud environments (AWS / GCP / E2E).

Good to Have

• Experience with Kafka / RabbitMQ or event-driven systems.
• Familiarity with ERP, workflow, or analytics platforms.
• Interest in automation, energy systems, or data-driven SaaS.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: ₹60,000/month (Fixed)
• Performance Bonus: up to ₹20,000/month (based on sprint completion)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
