Key Responsibilities:
1. Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend APIs and services.
2. Build and enhance interactive and responsive user interfaces.
3. Lead and mentor a team of developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure best practices.
4. Participate in architectural decisions and drive technical innovation.
5. Manage timelines, prioritize tasks, and ensure project goals are met.
6. Troubleshoot and resolve performance, reliability, and scalability issues.
7. Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1. 3+ years of professional experience in Python backend development.
2. Strong knowledge of Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
3. Proficient in working with databases.
4. Experience with Git and modern version control workflows.
5. Solid understanding of REST API design.
6. Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
7. Familiarity with frontend development and browser-based debugging.
8. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
9. Ability to work in a collaborative, agile team environment.
