Alongside our courier services, weve developed a *proprietary last-mile delivery software* platform tailored for courier companies, pharmacies, and retailers to automate and optimize delivery logistics.
We are now seeking a *Senior B2B Sales & Growth Strategist* with a strong track record in *enterprise sales, **SaaS client acquisition, and **digital marketing oversight* to take our logistics services and software platform to the next level.
*Position Overview*
This is a senior, high-impact role for a *proven sales leader* with a strong understanding of logistics or delivery tech. You’ll lead outbound acquisition efforts, close strategic partnerships, expand our SaaS client base, and oversee digital marketing initiatives to fuel pipeline growth.
You’ll work closely with leadership to shape pricing, messaging, and market strategy.
*Key Responsibilities*
*Enterprise B2B Sales & SaaS Expansion (Primary Focus)*
* Lead the full sales cycle for both courier services and delivery software—from outreach to contract.
* Target and close high-value accounts in:
* *Courier companies* (white-label software)
* *Pharmacies & labs* (delivery compliance and tracking)
* *Retail & eCommerce* businesses (real-time delivery software)
* Deliver compelling presentations and demos of 1Courier’s software and service solutions.
* Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with C-level executives and decision-makers.
* Refine and scale sales strategy, playbooks, and performance KPIs.
*Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution*
* Plan and monitor lead-gen campaigns via *Google Ads, **LinkedIn Ads, and **social media marketing*.
* Collaborate with content and design teams to drive effective messaging.
* Build funnels that convert – from click to client.
* Analyze marketing data to refine messaging and campaign ROI.
*Inbound Sales & Customer Support (as needed)*
* Respond to inbound inquiries with a consultative approach.
* Support client onboarding, especially for SaaS platform accounts.
*Team Collaboration & Strategy*
* Work with leadership to refine go-to-market strategies.
* Contribute to product development feedback, pricing models, and onboarding processes.
* May mentor or train junior sales and marketing staff.
*Qualifications*
* *5+ years of B2B sales experience, including at least **2+ years selling SaaS or logistics solutions*.
* Proven ability to *close high-value deals* and consistently exceed revenue targets.
* Deep knowledge of sales processes, CRM best practices, and SaaS onboarding.
* Experience managing or actively contributing to *digital marketing campaigns* (Google Ads, social, or email).
* Strong leadership, analytical, and negotiation skills.
* Self-starter with high accountability and business acumen.
* Experience in courier, logistics, transportation tech, or last-mile delivery software is a strong asset.
