Job Responsibilities:

• Lead client engagements and ensure the delivery of high-quality audit work aligned with established methodologies and client expectations.
• Apply a strong understanding of audit processes and methodologies while performing procedures, with effective use of audit tools for efficient execution and review.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and internal engagement teams.
• Manage workflow and resource allocation by assigning tasks to junior team members and monitoring their performance against defined standards.
• Track key operational metrics including team utilization and budget vs. actual performance.
• Communicate professionally and clearly with clients and internal teams.
• Identify and propose improvements to audit scope and engagement processes.
• Standardize audit execution and review practices by incorporating best practices across engagements.
• Provide guidance, supervision, and mentoring to junior team members while fostering talent development.
• Take ownership of operational aspects related to assigned client engagements.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and lead by example.

Qualifications:

• Mandatory:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Completed articleship with a Big 4 or mid-tier accounting firm

• Experience:

• Qualified candidates: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in US Audits
• Non-qualified candidates: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in US Audits

• Technical Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of US GAAP and US GAAS
• Proficiency in using various audit tools and platforms
