Job Title: ServiceNow (SNOW) Practice Lead Location: Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune - Hybrid mode Full-Time Experience: 8+ years Job Summary: We are looking for a ServiceNow Practice Lead to drive our ServiceNow strategy, delivery, and team leadership. This role involves overseeing complex implementations, guiding clients through digital transformation, and building a high-performing ServiceNow practice. Key Responsibilities: Define and execute the ServiceNow practice vision and roadmap. Lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow projects (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD). Manage client relationships and provide strategic guidance. Build, mentor, and lead a team of ServiceNow professionals. Support pre-sales, solutioning, and proposal development. Required Skills: Strong expertise in the ServiceNow platform and modules. Proven experience in leading ServiceNow implementations. Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills. ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS) preferred. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
