Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile teams in delivering high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile principles, excellent facilitation skills, and a proven track record of driving team performance and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
· Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives).
· Guide teams on Agile/Scrum practices and ensure adherence to Agile principles.
· Remove impediments and foster a culture of collaboration and ownership.
· Work closely with Product Owners to ensure a well-defined and prioritized backlog.
· Track and report key metrics to monitor team performance and delivery.
· Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile mindset and practices.
· Support cross-functional coordination and dependency management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· 6–12 years of overall experience, with at least 4+ years as a Scrum Master.
· Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
· Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
· Experience with Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
· Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) preferred.
