Senior Associate/Manager

As a Senior Associate/Manager- Finance at MHP India, you will take ownership of Finance and Accounting, working closely with the CFO and external service provider Roedl. Your role will involve various responsibilities such as month-end closing activities, coordination of operational tasks, preparation of financial reports, cash flows, and bank reconciliations. You will also be involved in reconciliations between TALLY and SAP GL balances, compliance with tax laws, and year-end audit procedures. Key Responsibilities: - Assist CFO in month-end closing financial, accounting & reporting activities - Coordinate with external service provider (Roedl) on day-to-day operational activities - Handle monthly MIS reporting and Controlling requirements - Prepare Monthly and Annual Cash flows, Business modeling, and Plan forecasts - Review and perform bank reconciliations and analysis - Perform Financial reconciliations between TALLY and SAP GL Balances - Ensure compliance with Income Tax and GST Laws, TDS, and Input credit Balance reviews - Manage Year-End audit procedures with BIG4 and preparation of Financial statements - Document financial procedures and create business practices - Assist in S4/Hana implementations, data migration, testing, and Go-Live scenarios Qualifications Required: - Completed CA with 6+ years of experience in Finance, accounting & reporting activities - Passion for Finance - Expertise in Tally, SAP R3 platform, or SAP S4/Hana Before joining, keep in mind: - Employment type: Permanent - Department: Corporate Function - Willingness to come to the office,
