Senior Associate/Manager

As an experienced Scrum Master joining our team, you will play a crucial role in leading Agile teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Your deep understanding of Agile principles, exceptional facilitation skills, and a proven history of enhancing team performance and continuous improvement will be paramount for success. **Key Responsibilities:** - Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives. - Guide teams on Agile/Scrum practices, ensuring strict adherence to Agile principles. - Proactively identify and remove impediments while fostering a culture of collaboration and ownership. - Collaborate closely with Product Owners to maintain a well-defined and prioritized backlog. - Monitor and report key metrics to track team performance and ensure timely delivery. - Coach team members and stakeholders in adopting an Agile mindset and best practices. - Support cross-functional coordination and effective dependency management. **Qualifications Required:** - 6-12 years of overall experience, with a minimum of 4+ years dedicated to serving as a Scrum Master. - Proficient understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe. - Exceptional communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills. - Hands-on experience with Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps. - Possession of Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) is highly desirable.
