Senior Associate/Manager

As an experienced Scrum Master, your role will involve leading Agile teams to deliver high-quality software solutions by leveraging your strong understanding of Agile principles and exceptional facilitation skills. You should have a proven track record of driving team performance and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives. - Guide teams on Agile/Scrum practices and ensure strict adherence to Agile principles. - Proactively identify and remove impediments while fostering a culture of collaboration and ownership. - Collaborate closely with Product Owners to maintain a well-defined and prioritized backlog. - Track and report key metrics to monitor team performance and ensure timely delivery. - Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile mindset and practices to enhance overall effectiveness. - Support cross-functional coordination and effective dependency management within the teams. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 6-12 years of overall experience, with a minimum of 4 years in a Scrum Master role. - Strong understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe. - Exceptional communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills. - Proficiency in Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps. - Preferably hold a Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM).
