We are currently seeking a Senior Associate/Associate to join our team in Pune for a Backend Outbound Process . The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 0-4 years of relevant experience in backend, preferably in Back office , insurance, or claims transactions . Key Responsibilities: Handling case management tasks effectively Managing insurance, and claims transactions Providing timely and accurate support to customers Analyzing and processing data efficiently Typing skills with attention to detail Comfortable with rotational shifts. (Day/Night both) No Cab facility, additional travel allowance will be provided. Open for rotational week offs. Looking for only Immediate joiners or 30 days. Eligibility Criteria: Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience into Backend Support, Preferably outbound process. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Insurance/Claims/ Back office experience.
