Job Description

As a Senior Associate in the Accelerated Solutions (M&A IT) team at PwC, your role will involve supporting clients across industries in various engagements related to M&A strategies, technology due diligence, integration, divestiture, and digital transformation. **Role Overview:** You will be part of a team that collaborates with experienced consultants and industry professionals to help clients tackle complex business challenges. Your specific responsibilities will include, but not limited to: - Supporting the team throughout the deal spectrum including Due Diligence, Integration, Separation, and Post-deal activities - Planning and developing technology restructuring strategies for integration and separation projects, ensuring Day One readiness, business process integration, dependency and risk management - Collaborating with client executives to provide oversight and advice during transaction execution - Advising clients on post-M&A future state strategy focusing on Digital Transformation - Developing financial models for synergy savings, one-time costs, and stranded costs for separation and integration - Recommending enterprise architecture, solutions, and systems based on industry best practices - Providing technology restructuring considerations across key Tech strategy pillars - Actively participating in business development activities to identify opportunities with new and existing clients - Continuously building internal relationships and enhancing your PwC brand **Key Responsibilities:** - Support IT due diligence by collecting and analyzing infrastructure and application data - Assist in preparing IT cost models and TSA-related inputs - Contribute to IT Infrastructure separation/integration execution - Support application inventory, access management, and migration tracking - Maintain trackers, status reports, and escalation/RAID logs **Qualifications Required:** Candidates are expected to demonstrate foundational knowledge in technology and possess strong analytical skills to effectively address client needs. Must-have skills include: - Understanding the technology and business landscape for the client - Analyzing technology levers (people, process, and technology) - Delivering significant business results through strategic and creative problem-solving - Building solid and collaborative relationships with team members - Effective communication skills in various situations and audiences - Conducting quantitative and qualitative benchmarking **Additional Details:** - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite products such as PowerPoint, Excel, Word is a must - Strong analytical and numerical skills, along with domain knowledge, are good-to-have skills - Effective storytelling and communication skills to different audiences are advantageous - Demonstrating a strong work ethic, proactive behavior, and professional conduct - Being a strategic and creative thinker with problem-solving abilities - Supporting engagement managers in delivering engagements by identifying and addressing client needs - Exhibit the ability to work independently and in a highly collaborative team environment,
