What youll do?

  • Managed end-to-end recruitment for non-tech roles across Content, Business, and Enablement functions (HR, Finance, Legal)
  • Sourced and built a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through multiple channels.
  • Ensured a seamless candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
  • Conducted evaluations and interviews; presented shortlisted candidates and refined hiring strategies based on manager feedback.
  • Maintained accurate and up-to-date hiring trackers and new joiner databases.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelors degree required.
  • 3-6 years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting within a fast-paced B2C environment.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management and collaboration with business leaders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment with high attention to detail.
  • Experience using multiple hiring portals.
  • Keen to take up additional TA operational responsibilities
