Senior Associate-Quality Assurance

Role Overview: As a Senior Analyst-QA in the Credit COE department, your role involves ensuring the quality assurance of the credit underwriting process to proactively identify risks. You will be responsible for devising and deploying QA processes in collateral and non-collateral product processes, measuring and monitoring QA scores, sharing insights to improve credit processes, reducing errors through automation, managing QA vendors, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop implementation plans. Key Responsibilities: - Deploying Quality Assurance & Collateral Hindsighting processes across credit processes and vendors - Devising and deploying QA processes in collateral & non-collateral product processes - Measuring, monitoring, and publishing QA scores across credit processes, underwriting, and vendors - Sharing inputs from QA & Hindsighting processes to enhance credit processes - Reducing QA & collateral-based hindsighting errors using automation and technology solutions - Onboarding and managing QA vendors for effective functioning - Driving collaboration with internal stakeholders to develop implementation plans for new/reengineered processes - Evaluating the growth strategy and planning scalability across credit processes and products - Recommending process changes to enhance service efficiency and quality across credit - Monitoring the defined business plan laid out during yearly planning Qualifications Required: - Graduation in Bachelor of Science (B.Sc), Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech), Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA), Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com), or Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) - Post-graduation in MBA (Master of Business Administration) or PGDM (Post Graduate Diploma in Management) Additional Details: (Omit this section as there are no additional details of the company mentioned in the job description),
